Niv Sheinfeld worked for five years with the Liat Dror & Nir Ben-Gal Dance Company. As an independent choreographer he has worked with the Kibbutz Dance Company, the Bat Sheva Ensemble and others. Numerous awards, including the Choreography Prize of the Ministry of Culture and the Rosenblum Award for Performing Arts.
Oren Laor studied acting and theatre at Tel Aviv University. He has worked with renowned theatre directors including Yvgeny Arye, Edna Shavit and Nola Chilton. In addition to his work as an actor, Oren teaches performance techniques in the field of physical theatre.
Niv Sheinfeld and Oren Laor have been life and creative partners since 2004, combining contemporary dance with performance and physical theatre. Their innovative works have been recognised both nationally and internationally and have been shown at renowned festivals and events including Tanz Im August (Berlin), Montpellier Danse, American Dance Festival (North Carolina), Julidans (Amsterdam), Künstlerhaus Mousonturm (Frankfurt/Main), Munich Dance Festival and The Place (London).
