6. & 7. December, 7pm // family performance for people aged 6 and over > 7. December 3pm This music performance is a collaboration between Ensemble Adapter and Ensemble Pamplemousse. As a creative collective, they create a talking stage monster out of musical objects and mechanisms. What it has to say remains to be seen.

But the title might as well be « Sandwich » as the bass clarinet stands there, alone and intense in Brett Dean’s Confessio, between two broader program parts…or what about « B.B. » which would stand for « Ballade for a Bulldozer »? Yes, we will be playing that too, not to mention Sofia Gubaidulina’s sonata and Wolfgang Rihm’s In nuce.

The exhibition can be visited from November 15, 2024 to January 15, 2025 in the foyer of DOCK ART on the performance days from one hour before the start of the performance. SHEETISM is a derivative of „Bagism”. Bagism was a project by John Lennon and Yoko Ono as part of their peace campaigns in the late 1960s. By presenting themselves covered by an oversized (carrier) bag, they addressed prejudices and judgement that arise in the context of physical characteristics.
