Information on infection control measures
All visitors must undergo Sars Cov-2 antigen testing on the day of the event or provide proof of full vaccination or recovery. Testing can be done at any of the testing sites listed on the Senate Department of Health Care and Equality website test-to-go.berlin. Only a negative result from one of these testing stations or a complete vaccination or recovery will allow access to the event.
For visitors, FFP2 masks are mandatory. Regarding the attendance documentation, we ask you to print out your eventim ticket in advance and fill in your contact details there. If you don't want to print your ticket, you can leave your contact details via the Luca-App or fill out a form.
The DOCK 11 theater has a ventilation system. For the protection of visitors and employees we have taken comprehensive hygiene and protection measures in accordance with the applicable standards of the Land Berlin for the performances.

Ticket purchase / Live events
You can buy your tickets via our EVENTIM Ticketshop.
Tickets can only be purchased online, reservations are not possible.
Tickets for events that are taking place cannot be cancelled/refunded.
If you arrive too late, after the specified performance start time, your ticket will be forfeited; if necessary, there may be remaining tickets at the box office for performances that are already sold out in the ticket store.
For holders of the tanzcard, pupils, students and trainees up to the age of 27, severely disabled persons, job seekers, social welfare recipients and pensioners with the appropriate ID. Children up to the age of 14 receive free admission to all events.
Three-euro cultural tickets are available for recipients of unemployment benefit II, social welfare recipients, basic income pensioners and asylum seekers if performances are not sold out.
