Accessibility
The theater hall is located at ground level in the second courtyard. It is accessible via a step that can be bridged with a ramp. Severely disabled persons who require accompaniment will receive a free accompaniment ticket. It is not possible to book the accompanying ticket online. Please book your ticket online and email dockart@dockart-berlin.de for the companion ticket. People who need assistance for the visit, please register in advance by email at dockart@dockart-berlin.de. Unfortunately, there are no disabled parking spaces near DOCK 11.

Tickets can only be purchased online, no reservations are possible.
Tickets for events that are taking place cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Any remaining tickets will be sold at the box office. The box office opens 60 min before the event.

Unless otherwise announced, entrance free is free for pre-school children and the reduced tickets €10 are available for school children.
