Lena Klink dances, researches, choreographs, and assists. Through contradictions. Points of focus in the body are shifted and transformed. In the process, they provoke movements that go beyond the existence of standardized dance forms. Over the past years, Lena has worked with Kat Válastur, Adrienn Hòd, Ceren Oran, and Robert Wilson, among others. Her movement research project "body parts shifting" was funded by Dis-Tanzen, NEUSTART KULTUR, the German Dance Federation (Dachverband Tanz Deutschland), and commissions from the German federal government. She produces, creates, and performs for, among others, the Blank Check Festival 1–3 organized by the nein9 dance community, with the kind support of DOCK ART and Senat Berlin TANZPRAXIS. Lena is a graduate of SEAD, Salzburg (2020), and Artesis, Antwerp (2021).
