Since its inception, b 12, the festival for contemporary dance and performance art, has been a platform for professional exchange and teaching in a beautiful studio environment. It is dedicated to promoting artists who take physical and emotional risks on stage and in rehearsal, and supports diverse approaches and styles.
In addition to performances for the public, the festival offers participating dancers and performers the opportunity to work with and learn from a variety of renowned international artists.
The b 12 Summer Festival remains the flagship event, complemented by satellite programs in the spring and fall. The festivals take place in Berlin with participants, teachers and choreographers in various studios and theaters.
