As winter reaches its darkest days, THE DAMES invite you to an intimate evening filled with stories and music. Through song, personal tales and the magic of cabaret, they celebrate sisterhood, humour and heart. An evening that moves and enchants, bringing laughter, light and warmth to the coldest time of the year and celebrating togetherness.
THE DAMES are two trans sisters from Berlin who blend live music, contemporary cabaret, performance and autobiographical storytelling into something entirely their own. Accompanied by piano and their own vocals, they explore identity, change, chosen family and collective strength: with humour and vulnerability, with extravagance and a poetic perspective. In doing so, they do not make gender the subject of a debate, but draw on lived experience and transform personal stories into reflections on change, belonging and freedom.
