Bring to life - and soothe monsters!
Music - music monsters - music monster robots - and more!
Everything Everywhere is a new one-hour music performance by Ensemble Adapter (DE) and Ensemble Pamplemousse (USA). Together they have created a mechanical-robotic stage monster, now the big switch is flipped - but what happens? Nothing at all?
Only with human interaction does the monster become visible and audible. So the four performers on stage begin with a detailed choreography that combines sound and movement events into an overall composition. But what do we do when their composition descends into chaos and a real monster appears on stage? Do we talk to it? Does the monster talk to us? We unravel the monster language, find grammar in the new sounds and see how we can create a musical creature from instruments.
