About the moments in which a crack runs through our carefree security; in which we have lost confidence in a familiar gesture, a confident step and familiar movement. Perhaps we have experienced something unsettling. Perhaps we are grieving. Perhaps we have been abandoned.
But perhaps we are no longer wanted where we are. Because the space in which we thought we were safe is no longer our space. These are delicate moments of complete strangeness, extreme moments of lost sovereignty, which this choreographic work traces. And we experience how delicately the threads between self, body and world are woven. And how quickly they tear.
