This evening brings together the knowledge and experiences of the artists in an interdisciplinary tribute to the works of the Sicilian author, Goliarda Sapienza. Created with the desire to share what they have gained from reading Sapienza's works, this performance is intended as a space for sisterhood and transformation.
The interweaving of different media creates a hybrid performative dimension, bringing literature and the performing arts together and facilitating a dialogue between different European cultures and histories. Goliarda Sapienza's work and life are brought to life in an artistic and poetic gesture, united in the pursuit of freedom and joy.
