Scheinwelten 1: Lost Gravity

An interplay of visual, audio, and movement art, Scheinwelten 1 is based on a long-standing research on pyramids by Nadja (Haas) Dances, focusing on the potential influences of geometric shapes on our body, mind, and finally movement. Inspired by the Egyptian pyramid, a smaller version as a sculpture made by Nadja out of copper tubes (1.57m high forming a 2x2sqm) has been used for the rehearsals and for recording the movement material with the dancers. For the Open Lab, the focus is on how the digital projection of images and avatars accompanied by music can change the vibration of the environment.
