planned 2024 at DOCK 11 Theater

Conceived as an ecosystem and structured like a garden, kirûpark is an immersive space, interactive with the audience, created in real time. This evolves in a cycle of four phases, which are rich in complex and varied organic visual forms punctuated by a quadraphonic sound environment.

The audience is the main body intrinsically involved and intervenes in the dynamics of the kirûpark, according to a potential of sensitive changes that visual and acoustic disturbances bring. The detection of body movements is realized by means of three different visual and acoustic sensor systems. This environment is complemented by a dancing actor hidden in the audience, who uses special software to create an additional space for the exchange of choreographed movements in real time. This additional action has a transformative effect on the evolution of the ecosystem's time cycle.

This creation is planned for a premiere at DOCK 11 in 2024 and a version in the dome of the Berlin Planetarium in 2025.

about the project series "physical | immersive":
The choreographers Yeri Anarika, Christine Bonansea and Tanja Saban have spent many hours since the founding of DOCKdigital researching the connection between the body and digital art.
In workshops, they teach dancers and game designers how the digital 3D figure, which is detached from physical laws, gender, appearance, form and structure, differs from the real body in actual space. They show which artistic potentials open up and how movements are influenced by them.
Sound architectures are made possible by DOCKdigital's 8-channel multichannel sound system, combined with 8 65'' screens and video technology, an immersive space can be created.

Within the framework of Perspektive Kultur, the choreographers developed together with sound and 3D designers different projects.

The Project series is supported by the Senate Department for Culture and Europe within the framework of Perspektive Kultur.
