I would like to share with the participants different exploration movement guidelines from individual to a group level, in relation to music, space and floor work. We are aiming for a body that is attentive, available, permeable to change and in constant dialogue with imagination, play and empathy. The first part of the class will focus on different aspects of movement :
- Organization of limbs in relation to center and gravity
- Exploration of levels - speeds - motors-
- Musicality
After this technical exploration, we will enter into the exchange for exploration and composition both in duos and groups. We will create spaces of listening and dialogue, of intense physicality and getting to know each other through shared movement. At the end of the class we will work on a choreography related to movement qualities explored in the first part of the practice.
