Saskia's energetic teaching and passionate approach invites you to express yourself through movement. She uses the technique of modern and contemporary dance to teach movement principles and dance technique. Her constant leitmotif is the exploration of awareness, clarity and quality of movement without losing focus on fun, power, subtlety and performance in dance.
A high frequent change of dynamics accompany her movement language, with a touch of release technique and martial arts. The atmosphere is essentially characterized by the interplay of music, energy and movement.
Impulsive, attacking, sharp movements are in contrast to the flow, feeling and breathing in the movement. Both in the floor technique with acrobatic accents and in the lines, length and technical skills of modern dance technique.
A smooth start of the class considers an arrival in the body and space, with improv or moment patterns, to be able to feel strength and permeability. By practicing various exercises and combinations on several technique tasks, the training ends in a choreographic sequence.
Join the vibe of dynamic and flow. Let’s dive into physicality, boosted by the beat, sharing dance and simply train and sweat together.
