We start the training by warming up together with directed exercises focusing on stretching and strength of our whole body,
slowly introducing coordination to our movement leading to a series of improvisation tasks to go deeper into the muscles and
skin to start awakening the sensation of our body on a horizontal force, by working on deep levels of sensation in our bones and skin,
as well as working with the weight of the body on the floor.
After the activation of the whole body, we'll have a small work on the floor bringing attention also to all the levels of movement
to finish with learning a phrase of movements summarizing the complexity of sensations and tasks.
