In my class we will focus on relation with the floor. Through various exercises of floor work we will study momentum. How can we keep moving as effortlessly as possible? How can we use the energy of a fall to jump? How can our dance be lazy yet full?
We will start with a relaxing warm up, then we will wake up by a few movement exploration tasks and continue through some soft acrobatic tasks to finish with a dance phrase to do it for fun.
