//REVERBERATE//
“Matter is the substance of which objects are made of. We, as human beings, are matter moving into space.
We are matter subjected to the laws of physics and to gravity.”
Focused on the way we move into space in relation to the “invisible” around us, we will discover our deepest wild inner creature, exploring the captivating world of floorwork dance, inspired by breakdance and capoeira, and centered around the dynamic interplay of momentum and gravity. By harnessing the power of momentum, we will learn how to transition between different levels, incorporating fluid movements that flow easly from the ground up.
“Reverberate” is aimed to express the full physicality of our body in a playful environment and to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone
can explore their creativity and express themselves through movement.

Key Highlights:

  1. Embrace the power of momentum: Discover how to generate and control momentum to create dynamic and captivating floorwork sequences.

  2. Master the art of gravity: Learn how to use gravity to your advantage, incorporating it into your movements to add depth and intensity.

  3. Fluidity and versatility: Develop seamless transitions and explore the full range of movement possibilities, both on and off the floor.

  4. Build strength and body awareness: Enhance your physical capabilities through targeted exercises that improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
