Fridays, 1-2x a month at Eden for dancing!
Something like a dance workshop to bring familiar things back into your body memory and put them under the microscope. Then on to the dance lab to explore and experiment with time and ultimately to create dance. Create something new!
It is a project-based format and can therefore be presented as a "showing" on the last day if required.
How?
With guided improvisations. This opens up the radius of movement and leads to the diverse qualities of movement principles.
Which are they?
By exploring your body knowledge, you will experience differentiated possibilities of expression. Non-verbal storytelling or experiencing - what it is like - with the tension scale in relation to your body behavior.
