Zoe Döller

Acrobatics

he course combines various circus and movement disciplines: acrobatics - alone and with others - as well as trampoline jumping. Games, theater and dance elements will also be a part. Interdisciplinary circus education gives children and young people the opportunity to try out a lot of things and learn new techniques. In doing so, they can continue to get to know themselves, their bodies and their limits and find a healthy way of dealing with themselves and others. Coordination and collaboration in the group will also be a basis, deepening physical and social elements.

Zoe began training in the children's and youth circus "Zirkus Zack" in her early childhood. Her artistic focus is currently on the vertical bar, although she enjoys playing with other disciplines from the air to the ground, as well as with theater and dance. 2019 Zoe co-founded the self-organized collective zueck - a group of young adults and teenagers who create multidisciplinary performances using self-organization and a flat hierarchy. In 2020, she co-founded the collective Gegengleich, a trio that combines Chinese mast, acrobatics and theater She has been working as a circus teacher since 2019. She has a pedagogical focus on feminist debate, including working with MINTA* groups and projects. Since 2020, she has been studying social work at the Alice Salomon University and is continually working on the interfaces between scenic arts and pedagogy.
