Embodied Research

Tamar is part of the group Mo.Ré. Embodied Research is led by 5 different teachers, who change weekly and teach in different formations.

Mo.Ré was founded in 2017 by a group of dancers, teachers & a dance philosopher. We gathered with the desire to exchange our research and to develop our practice. We explore how our embodied knowledge, inspiration and curiosities can interact. Each class is led by one collective member. We lead a movement research, in which images, tasks and qualities guide us from our everyday physical behaviour into a dancing, moving, grooving and a smiling mode of being. Classes are suitable for all.

Tamar’s favorite color is invisible, because it leads to endless research. She connects elements of spirituality and search for empowerment through physical experience.
