technique | flow | dynamics
Saskia's energetic classes and passionate approach invite you to express yourself through movement. She uses the technique of modern and contemporary dance to teach movement principles and dance technique. It is important to her to constantly research awareness, clarity and quality of movement without losing the focus on fun, power and performance in dance.
Influences from release technique, martial arts and floor acrobatics support the constant change of dynamics. Her movement language is based on impulsive, accentuated, fast movements in contrast to the movement flow.
The atmosphere is essentially characterized by the interplay of music, energy and movement.
Join the vibe of energy, passion, dance and enjoy sweating together.
