Saskia Assohoto

Basic Modern/Contemporary for adults

This is the right place if you want to learn the basics of modern and contemporary dance. Experience coordination/physical training, placement and dance technique through various movement sequences and understand the logic in the body. Learn, understand and implement at an appropriate pace... still dance and work out with cool music, yes... let's dance it.

Saskia's energetic lessons and passionate approach invite you to express yourself in movement. She uses the techniques of modern and contemporary dance to teach movement principles and dance technique. It is important to her to constantly research awareness, clarity and quality of movements without losing focus on fun, power and performance in dance.
Influences from release technique, martial arts and floor acrobatics support the constant change in dynamics; their movement language is based on impulsive, accentuated, fast movements in contrast to movement flow. The atmosphere is essentially characterized by the interplay of music, energy and movement. Join the vibe of energy, passion, dance and enjoy sweating together.
