* Contemporary Dance

In this course, strengthening elements are combined with relaxation exercises. This course is suitable for you if you are between beginner and intermediate level. You must already have experience of dancing.

We deepen the practice of how to move naturally. How to organize yourself in your own body and how to translate the technique into floor work, jumps and body flow.

The combination of big movements, gliding naturally through the body will give you momentum, fulfillment, sweating and the feeling of engaging your whole body.

We work over several weeks (6-8 weeks) on a choreographed sequence and exercises to allow the body to get used to and comfortable with the movements and then move as one with body and mind.
