In diesem Streetdancekurs werden die technischen Streetdance Grundlagen vermittelt, aber auch die Kreativität und Musikalität gefördert.
Durch den offenen Raum mit kreativen Übungen, Gruppenarbeit, kombiniert mit klassischen Choreografien wird einen Gefühl für Körperbewusstsein, Koordination und Bewegungsqualität entwickelt.
Contemporary Streetdance ab 15 Jahre
In diesem Contemporary - Streetdance Kurs werden die technischen Grundlagen von Contemporary Dance und Streetdance vermittelt.
Durch den offenen Raum mit Übungen und/oder eigenem Bewegungsmaterial, wird Koordination und Bewegungsqualität gefördert. Wir üben Choreografien mit Contemporary Stil als Inspiration ein, und spielen mit Kreativität, Musikalität. Wir arbeiten an Wahrnehmung und Körperbewusstsein.
Contemporary Dance für Erwachsene DOCK 11 & EDEN
In this class we focus on both technique and movement quality. We will mix moving on the floor and in standing We want to find an approach to movement coming from a relaxed yet energized state of being. The first half of the class we focus on an intense warm up working on softening the body and mind, continuous moving and strengthening, to prepare the body for the following exercises. We will learn how to use momentum in our movement and softness, in order to find an organic movement quality, within a frame of improvisation as well as in given movement sequences. We will finish the class with a choreography merging together the learned approaches.
Samira is a German/Moroccan freelance dancer/performer and dance teacher based in Berlin.
In 2018, she received her diploma in dance education from Tanz-Zentrale Leipzig, and in 2021, she successfully completed her studies at the contemporary dance school DANCEWORKS Berlin. After graduating, she toured with the Harake Dance Company and worked for various choreographers in and around Berlin. She also dances in various music and experimental videos.
In January 2023, she assisted Christina Mertzani and Evangelos Poulinas in their partnering workshop. She also served as a rehearsal assistant for Christina Mertzani's performance project "Apotypoma" at the b12 Festival Berlin in July 2023.
In May 2023, her first co-production, "From The Narrators Chair," choreographed and performed by Giulia Lampugnani and Samira Aakcha, with sound design by Constantin Carstens, premiered at the A.PART Festival Berlin 2023. She also produced her first music and dance video, "Home," in collaboration with the music duo "Moloch & Nadiya."
During a four-week residency program as part of the "Ada Studio residency program" in March and April 2024, she developed a performance structure with Bresa Ayub based on her movement language and traditional Moroccan and Syrian dances. The working title is "What is connecting us?" and was presented at the Ada Studios on April 12, 2024.
Samira's approach to creative and artistic work is to immerse herself in various energetic states of being. Her own artistic work and research is physically demanding and focuses on generating energy between dancers, the group, and the audience.
