The non-human project allows you to break out of the real and feel like a living abstraction, to forget yourself. Here it is: the new me. And I control it.

The movements of the standard human body are retranslated using motion-capture technology to a non-humanoid creature in virtual space, and you are invited to experience this process in Augmented Reality.
The project by Irina Shutova was created as part of a digital dance opportunities research, with the support of DOCK 11, supported by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media as part of the NEUSTART KULTUR as well as the support program of the Kulturstiftung der Länder „KULTUR.GEMEINSCHAFTEN“ and DE:HIVE.
