In her solo performance "Alone with the Universe," harpist Teresa Raff combines classical and pop music in a natural and sensitive way – her voice becomes the link between the musical worlds.
This intimate program, set in a cozy living room atmosphere, invites you to feel less alone in the universe than alone with it. A one-hour concert without an intermission awaits you. A special highlight of the evening is the premiere of Hiromu Seifert's harp work "What if this is home?", composed especially for Teresa Raff. The jazz drummer and composer explores the individual's relationship to the world and condenses musical influences from various genres into a unique, new sound cosmos. With "Alone with the Universe," you can simultaneously indulge in melancholic and comforting feelings, pause peacefully, or experience brutal loneliness. The vibrations of the harp are quickly physically perceptible, and you experience music together with other people at close range.
