Valentin Tszin is one of the most visionary figures on the contemporary dance scene, known for blending rave culture, techno music, and digital art with the world of Japanese Butoh and physical theater. With over 50 stage performances and numerous film appearances, Tszin has performed at internationally renowned festivals, including Atonal Berlin, CTM, Today’s Art, and the Athens Biennale.

He has collaborated with fashion brands and worked alongside key figures in the Butoh scene, creating groundbreaking performances and leading workshops. Tszin’s pedagogical work includes international masterclasses and teaching at Berlin’s Universität der Künste.

His transdisciplinary approach highlights the intersections of dance, architecture, film, theater, contemporary art, and new media. Through his physical performances, Tszin explores the boundaries of body and mind, bridging the gap between individual perception, bodily sensations, and mental states.
