Open to everyone, with or without "singing or dancing » experience!

This Journey is a modern ritual, consisting of a series of exercises based on ease, on curiosity and playfulness. It leads you to soften your whole being, invites you to unleash your creativity and eventually unlock what is still held back.

Voicing out the movement, embodying the voice!
I will carefully guide you through a journey of breath, movement and voice, inviting your curiosity to seek out and experience unknown territories.
Through extended improvisations, you are encouraged to let yourself be "moved" and to let go of the desire to control, you are proposed to do rather than judge.
We will focus on the joy and simplicity of what you dare to put into the space. Rhythmic patterns, repetitions and loops will slowly bring the circle into gentle trance states helping you forget your individual limitations.
As a collective, we will tap into your natural voice, your natural sense of music, your natural joy of being caught and carried by the energy of the group!
You are invited to dive into the pleasure of doing, to observe it and to let your skills grow with as few objectives as possible.

« Do not try to be creative! Be focused, find joy in what you do, creativity will spring and flow from the very heart of your pleasure! » In other words: willing and doing rather than wanting.

The journey brings you to: reconnect with the simple pleasure of dancing and singing.

sharpen your sens of space, time and rhythm.

think less to feel more. develop your creativity, positiveness and playfulness: self-empowerment. develop the ability to feel compassion, to help others, to support, to give and receive.

For Artists, performers, actors, dancers, the work aim to reset certain fundamentals of the actual being on stage. Relation to the audience, to the partners, to the space, a specific way to deal with material/text. And of course it is about freedom on stage, freedom with one self.
