A workshop for body, voice & inner resonance.
"The Resonant Body" is an invitation to pause, arrive, and rediscover the connection between body, breath, voice, and sound.
The workshop emerges from the collaborative artistic research of Azin & Stelina.
We aim to create an open space where we can explore, reflect, and experience together:
What happens when we listen to the body? How can the voice emerge from the body?
Featuring bodywork, breath and vocal exercises, singing & toning, relaxation, and sound healing. Each person brings their own experience, questions, and challenges. There is no right or wrong—only curiosity and openness to exploring together.
