Francisco Medina, who was born in Rostock, East-Germany in 1977. He began as a child actor for TV and witnessed first hand the fall of the Berlin Wall.
His parents are artists from Chile who worked in human rights and were successful directors and actors at leading theaters in Europe.
Francisco studied philosophy at the Humboldt University of Berlin, where he developed a desire to express knowledge through the power of acting.
As a result, he holds an acting degree at the ARCIS University of Chile and continued at the Acting University, Hochschule für Musik und Theater, Rostock.
Francisco received the Max Reinhardt and Regine Lutz Acting Awards for Best Newcomer and Best Theater Performance in a German-speaking country. He has acted in over 50 theater productions and several TV & Film productions all over the world.
He was highly recognized for his lead role in the popular German TV show "Alles was zählt“.
In addition to working in commercial and artistic projects he gained experience as a Director and Producer, with one of his movies being premiered in Cannes and another one winning the Best Picture Award in Chile.
Francisco is also passionate about human development. He has coaching education certificates and qualifications in the fields of rational emotional therapy, NLP, contextual coaching, hypnosis and systemic analysis.
With Mapuche Indian roots,he also trained in transformational rituals with Shamans from this tribe in Chile.
Additionally, he is the mental coach of the three-time World Champion in Wrestling, Frank Stäbler, and other high-performing athletes, as well as leadership coaching with international companies, politicians, actors and casting directors.
Francisco connects his cognitive knowledge with the emotional work of an actor and bolsters it with his physiognomic rituals to produce passionate results within his coaching as well as on screen.
Since founding Momentum Medina in 2015, Francisco has coached more than 2.000 people in workshops and individual sessions globally.

Maya Kvetny
Originally from Los Angeles, now based in Prague, Maya Kvetny has successfully cast foreign feature films & TV series for the international market, including Marvel Spiderman: Far From Home, Amazon’s Wheel of Time, Carnival Row, & Hunters, Das Boot series, Oscar-winning film Jojo Rabbit, Netflix’s Extraction 2 and The Gray Man as well as Ron Howard’s series, Genius.Unique expression is the common thread emerging through Maya's life and career. Most recently she has begun to mentor actors through coaching from the perspective of a casting director with experience working alongside some of the most prominent directors.
Maya prizes integrity above all, and helps actors to express their inner authenticity.

Alisha Kobyliak is an award-winning Ukrainian dancer and choreographer based in Berlin, with a strong presence across Europe. A World of Dance Greece champion and 2023 world finalist in the USA, she has worked with top Ukrainian and international artists, appearing in major TV shows and competitions.
Alisha is the founder of Escape Crew and Allies and is a sought-after judge at global dance events.
