This class focuses on awakening the body's possibilities using organic movements and a strong connection to the floor. Through guided warm-ups, sequences, and improvisation exercises, you will deepen your awareness of your body's weight and flow. You will work on weight and dynamics, seeking to involve all parts of the body in the movement. Ideal for dancers with or without experience who want to connect with their body and expand their movement possibilites.

Sabrina Rocha is an Argen0ne dancer, choreographer and teacher. She began her artistic path as a child in gymnast, and during her teenage years developed a growing interest in dance. She later con0nued her training in Buenos Aires with various teachers and at the University of the Arts, focusing on ballet and contemporary dance. Sabrina received scholarships to con0nue her studies in New York at Ajkun Ballet and Steps on Broadway. In Argen0na, she worked independently with directors and independent choreographers in Buenos Aires. In 2020, he moved to Berlin to continue developing her professional career. Since then, he has performed in theaters such as the Staatsoper Berlin, the Semperoper Dresden, the Salzburg Festival, and the StuIgart Theaterhaus, where he has worked with renowned directors such as Romeo Castellucci, Christoph Loy, Maraime Clement, and Sabrina collaborated with Sasha Waltz, performing in the community project IN C, and works closely with Evelyn Facchini, with whom she continues to develop projects as both assistant and performer. She has also collaborated with María Colusi—as a dancer and choreography assistant—in educational programs in Berlin, and danced for 3 years for Katja Erdmann-Rajski in Stuttgart. As a choreographer, Sabrina has created INTERPLAY / JEUX DE MOTS— supported by the Goethe-Ins0tut and developed with Ensemble Kinéticos (France)—as well as Everything Is Fine (a duet with Tiziano Portas) and
´Sola, a solo piece. She is currently collaborating with Javier Blanco with The Edge Company (Berlin). She has also worked with collectives and companies such as Chaos Emblematic and Vola Stage Company. In 2021, she received a grant from the Akademie der Künste Berlin for her project DIALOGO. Her choreographic approach draws from a Global South perspective, with a decolonial and feminist lens that seeks to question dominant narratives in contemporary dance
