Embodied Research is a class taught by Mo.Ré collective. Each week a member of the collective guides a movement research session using images and improvisational tasks. The class encourages our awareness and curiosity, and offers a shift from our everyday physical behaviour into a dancing, grooving and playful one.
Classes are suitable for all.
Mo.Ré was founded in 2017 by a group of dancers, who gathered with the desire to exchange, research and grow in their movement and teaching practices.
