LOUDsoft

LOUDsoft is a think tank for projects that create access to the world of classical or new music and music theater for children, young people and adults.

From the performative to the pedagogical to the curative, LOUDsoft seeks new formats, unfamiliar meeting places, and unexpected concoctions. The goal is to create interactive and challenging experiences for an intergenerational audience. This can be in a former printing house in Wedding, where five young composers invite the audience to play along with their new pieces. It could be a student project in which self-written texts and music are interwoven. Or an immersive, interactive family concert for children aged 0 and up. LOUDsoft combines haptic sounds with sounding objects and opens the doors wide to new listeners of all ages throughout Berlin.

Daniella Strasfogel is a violinist, mediator and performer in Berlin. She is a founding member of the soloist ensemble Kaleidoskop in Berlin and was artistic director of the ensemble from 2010-2015. In 2018, she founded LOUDsoft out of the impulse to create multidimensional musical experiences for and with families, youth and amateur musicians.
