UNFOLD® is a movement method inspired by the Alexander technique that, through exploration of the body and mind, brings you to self-transformation. Actors, dancers, performers and everyone else are invited to discover the art of moving as well-coordinated human beings, abandon old patterns and find lightness in everyday actions to enhance their potential for moving - for being.
Through this practice, we are seeing a growing international community in continuous research, development and learning.
Using her over 20 years’ experience as a choreographer and Alexander Technique teacher, Valentina Bordenave created the UNFOLD Method for actors, dancers and others seeking a high level of coordination and performance skills.
These intense days are an opportunity to learn the key principles of Unfold method and experience its five elements: TERRA, MOBILE, LUDENS, INEXPECTATUS and NOMINE.
The invitation is to experience an infinite source of gentle strength and powerful softness, redefining and enjoying how we relate to our fantasy, to music, to each other in the space.

ABOUT VALENTINA BORDENAVE
Valentina Bordenave is an Argentinian dancer, choreographer and certified Alexander Technique teacher since 1998. She studied dance at the Folkwang University. Since 2015 Valentina is head of the movement department at ARTHAUS Berlin - international postgraduate School of Performing Arts. Her teaching experience includes also the Berlin Dance University Centre (HZT), the drama departments of the University of the Arts (UDK) and the Ernst-Busch-Hochschule and the master of arts Music and Scene in Transformation at the Basel Academy of Music.
