Physical Theatre Techniques: Intensive training using the Ostrenko Brothers' method.
Character Development: Techniques to create and refine character portrayals.
Ensemble Work: Collaborative exercises to improve teamwork and stage presence.
Practical Exercises: Hands-on activities to build skills in a practical setting.
Improvisation: Exercises to boost physical and emotional expressiveness.
The Ostrenko Method, drawing from techniques such as Meyerhold's "Biomechanics," M. Chekhov's "Psychological Gesture," and Stanislavsky's "Physical Action," is highly effective for refining bodily awareness, emotional expression, and creative prowess.
