Embodied Research
Helin Pachali joined the MoRÉ Collective in 2022. As a founder of her very own somatic movement practice Permission to Sense in 2017, she was pleased to unite with like-minded souls who specialize in movement research. Helin’s movement approach is especially focused on bringing the psyche on board. As a dance and body psychotherapist herself, the interactions between the body and mind have always been of great interest to her.
In the frame of her approach, she focuses on...
how to guide people into a state of mind, in which, through practices of mindfulness and somatic entry points, allowing becomes possible. It will not just stay a word anymore, instead it will become tangible, embodied & can flood your system with a lot of pleasure and open up new spaces inside of you.
In your bodies AND minds.
Another emphasis in her approach is the work with touch. During the partner work part, participants can make new experiences in receiving mindful, and supportive touch, while following their own impulses and authentic expressions at all times. „It's a unique space where mindful touch & authentic expression are coming together!“ You may experience many different layers of self-awareness, pleasure & release of tension. Classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
