Yeri Anarika is a choreographer, dancer and yoga teacher, her experience as a dancer and choreographer enriches her yoga classes, making them a very special experience. The yoga classes and yoga workshops are therefore particularly characterized by the combination of creativity and precision, which are also of great importance in dance. Imaginatively combined sequences turn the yoga class almost into a meditative dance, allowing the participants to cultivate strength and stability as well as suppleness. Yeri Anarika wants to challenge her students physically and mentally, and support them in approaching themselves, yoga and meditation in a humorous and sensitive way.
