This information is for participants with active monthly contracts that were transferred from the Fitogram booking system to Eversports in mid-December 2024.
All bookings for the DOCK 11 EDEN dance school run via Eversports.
‘Please re-enter your current bank details now’ to activate your monthly contract in Eversports and everything will start as usual in the new year. Why is that? We are not allowed to transfer your bank details for data protection reasons.
Please activate your existing membership (course contract).
What to do now:
1. please activate your Eversports account now. This is how it works:
- please open the personal email sent to you on 14.12.2024 with the subject:
‘DOCK 11 EDEN Dance School / New booking system - Eversports’ - please click on the link below addressed to you with the title:
‘Accept invitation and set password here’ - please set a password for your personal new Eversports account.
- please make a note of the email/password combination
- now your account is activated
IMPORTANT: Please follow these steps, even if you already have an Eversports account.
If you can no longer find the email from 14.12.24, we will be happy to send you another invitation to activate your account. Please send an e-mail to eversports@dock11-berlin.de
2. please enter your bank details .
Prerequisite is step 1: Only if your account is activated, it is possible to enter the bank details under the link.

- please log in with your new Eversports account
- please click on the blue button >>book now<<
- please click on >>continue<<
IMPORTANT: don‘t be confused because it says SINGLE HOUR, it is charged at 0 euros and is only there so that you can enter your details. - please enter your IBAN and account holder
- if everything went correctly, you will receive two emails from Eversports:
Email 1: Your purchase at DOCK 11 with an invoice PDF for 0 euros
Email 2: Your registration with DOCK 11
The only purpose of the form is to collect your details. Please therefore ignore the date and time
3. Now your contract is up to date again and have fun dancing.
